EXCHANGE, RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Before returning an AllArts product, please take a moment to understand-  All our products are vintage, antique, sourced and preserved over many years from all over the world. Resulting in each product being delicate and unique, the colours therefore may vary slightly from the images.

Exchange/Refund will NOT BE INITIATED if customer does not ‘like’ the product.

Exchange will be accepted only if order is damaged in Transit or you receive the wrong product.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

STEPS TO MAKING RETURN

• Please inform us within 2 days (48 Hours) of receipt of your order, you must email on teamallarts@gmail.com with your order number and product picture to notify us.
• Once our concerned Team checks the description & confirms the same for exchange or return of Damage /Incorrect product then we will confirm through email to customer for approval of the exchange.
• The product packed in the same packaging will be couriered by the customer to our billing address: – 1, lower ground, Hauz Khas Village, New Delhi , 110016
• Shipping / Reverse pick-up / Re-shipping charges for return and exchanged item would be borne by AllArts only.
• Once we received the products we will inspect and check the physical product, we shall dispatch fresh / correct product depending on availibility, as per AllArts policy.
• It may take longer than usual time to send the exchanged product.

SHIPPING WORLDWIDE

We ship to over 200 countries worldwide. We take great care in delivering your products to you. We partner only with reputed National and International couriers.

• Our Courier partner excluding Public Holiday’s and Sunday will be able to deliver the shipment between Mondays to Saturday: 10 Am to 6 Pm.
• Address Change will be accepted if order has not been shipped from warehouse.
• Email Address Must be mentioned with the order.
• As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.
• Delivery Method
• Orders shipped are delivered within 8- 10 Business Working days.
• For urgent Delivery there are additional charges which will be informed at the time of Order confirmation.

• Prices do not include Custom duty.
• We make our best efforts to deliver each item in your order within 8-14 working days but Due to custom it can be delayed to get deliver.
• Shipping charges and transit time will vary, depending on the location. All international packages are shipped via DHL / Fedex. All transit times are Monday to Saturday. International delivery cannot be guaranteed within a time frame due to customs.
• Shipping Charges are based on shipping destination and weight of your parcel. Shipping companies determine shipping charges based on the package weight, customs clearance andvarious other factors. We are unable to advise the duty amount.
• Only Prepaid orders can be shipped. AllArts does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for International/Domestic Orders.
